Where on Earth (Week 2)

This is the second week of a new feature we have here at Gadling. The concept is very simple: Guess where the photo was taken. Occasionally we will drop a clue or two to help you out, or just let you guess based on the photo alone.
Unfortunately, we haven't any big prizes for those who guess correctly. We will, however, honor you with a mention in the following Wednesday's Where on Earth. With that in mind, we'd like to congratulate Akshay who correctly identified last week's photo of Mt. Abu, Rajasthan, India.
If you'd like to try you hand with this week's photo, simply type your guess in the comment section below. Good luck!

In the interest of being as precise as possible, it is the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. In Berlin. Just south of the Brandenberg Gate and the Reichstag.
